My Story

I’m Diana Chang, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist- here to guide you through life’s most complex and difficult matters. I truly care about my clients’ well-being and believe that every individual deserves a care plan that meets their particular needs.

I have a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco.  In my clinical career, I’ve gained years of experience working with marginalized populations, individuals with trauma histories, and culturally dynamic families.  Although trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I consider myself an eclectic therapist who incorporates a variety of therapeutic philosophies to best serve my clients.

As a culturally aware therapist, I understand that our perspective is heavily influenced by our cultural identity.  I'm here to respect that identity as well as assist you in your personal growth.  While in session, you can expect me to be warm, collaborative and active during your healing process.  I love working with teens, POCs and couples.  As a therapist, I value autonomy, transparency and a strong therapeutic relationship.
